A huge thank you to Learnin’ the Ropes for visiting our school and putting on an incredible double dutch performance! Not only did they wow us with their athleticism and coordination, but they also shared meaningful words of encouragement and perseverance with our students.

The entire school had an amazing time watching, learning, and even jumping in alongside Nick and Kaylee yesterday. Students were smiling from start to finish. We are so grateful for the energy and positivity they brought to our community!

Please join us in celebrating Wendy, our amazing administrative assistant and a true heart of our school! 🌟

Wendy is often the first smiling face people see when they walk into our building and one of the last to head out at the end of the day. Her calm, kind, and welcoming presence helps create a supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Students know Wendy as a trusted adult they can go to with any need, big or small, and she always responds with patience and care. Her warmth and steady demeanor resonate throughout our school community.

Thank you, Wendy, for all that you do and for the positive energy you bring to our building every day. Keep smiling! 💙

Dear Orleans Central Supervisory Union Community, After hearing from our road crews across our Orleans Central Supervisory Union towns and their concerns about the potential for black ice on our dirt roads later this afternoon, we are calling for an early dismissal today out of an abundance of caution. Preschool and middle schools will begin dismissal at 11:30 a.m. Elementary schools will begin dismissal at 11:35 a.m. The high school will dismiss at 11:45 a.m. We will not be having any afterschool activities. Please look for additional communication from principals, athletic directors, and coaches about any games that are scheduled for this evening. The safety of our students, staff, and families is always our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we make decisions based on changing road conditions. Please take care as you travel today, and thank you for your continued partnership and support. Warmly, Jackie Ramsay-Tolman - your OCSU Superintendent

Today our Jr. Firefighters took part in hands-on safety drills to experience what real rescue work feels like. One of their activities involved blindfolding themselves to simulate searching for and rescuing someone in a smoke-filled building. Students practiced moving carefully, communicating with their partners, and staying calm under pressure. They did an awesome job!

Ask your child about their clubs this session!
