Welcome to Brownington Central School!

I am so glad you are here!

Brownington Central School is a pretty special place. We are a small school, and that gives us something incredibly important—we know our kids. We know their strengths, their challenges, their personalities, and the things that make them laugh. We have the opportunity to build real relationships with our students and their families, and I believe that is one of our greatest strengths.

Our vision is simple:

Together, we will create a school where every student is known, challenged, supported, and successful because every adult believes they can be.

That vision guides the work we do every day.

Middle school is an important time in a young person's life. Students are figuring out who they are, what they care about, and what they are capable of. Our job is to give them a place where they can try, struggle, make mistakes, grow, and discover what they can do.

We are working hard to make BCS a place where learning matters, relationships matter, and joy matters, too. We want our students to leave us not only as stronger learners, but as kind, confident, responsible young people who know that they have something important to contribute to the world.

I am incredibly proud of our students and our staff, and I am excited about where we are headed together.
